HOUTHI REBELS CLAIM MISSILE STRIKE ON ISRAEL’S BEN GURION AIRPORT USING ‘PALESTINE 2’ HYPERSONIC WEAPON

Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed Friday that they launched a hypersonic ballistic missile—reportedly dubbed “Palestine 2″—targeting Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv. The group stated the strike was successful and caused widespread disruption, though Israeli authorities have not confirmed any impact or attack.

The Houthis alleged the missile caused “millions of Zionists” to seek shelter and temporarily halted operations at the airport. The claim comes amid heightened regional tensions and follows a series of long-range strikes previously claimed by the Iran-backed group.

Israel’s government and military have not issued an official statement responding to the latest report. Ben Gurion Airport appeared to be functioning normally in public flight tracking data at the time of the announcement.

In their statement, the Houthis also urged people across Arab and Islamic nations to mobilize in solidarity with Gaza, describing the situation in the Palestinian enclave as one of ongoing siege and relentless aggression.
