According to the TMZ article, singer and content creator D4vd<\/strong> \u2014 already named a suspect<\/strong> in the presumed homicide<\/strong> of Celeste Rivas<\/strong> \u2014 is now facing renewed scrutiny after information surfaced about freezers<\/strong> that may be relevant to the investigation, according to TMZ<\/strong> reports and sources familiar with the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authorities have not confirmed<\/strong> that any freezer was used in the crime. However, investigators are reviewing several pieces of evidence after Celeste\u2019s partially frozen remains<\/strong> were found in a bag inside D4vd\u2019s Tesla<\/strong> earlier this year, according to LAPD filings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TMZ published an image of D4vd\u2019s former rental home<\/strong>, showing a KitchenAid refrigerator\/freezer<\/strong>. The freezer compartment reportedly measures approximately 74 inches tall<\/strong>, 14 inches wide<\/strong>, and 27 inches deep<\/strong>, with temperatures reaching \u20138\u00b0F<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celeste Rivas \u2014 5’3″ and 120 lbs<\/strong> \u2014 was found dismembered<\/strong>, according to the report. Forensic experts told TMZ that a torso of that size generally measures 15\u201317 inches long<\/strong> and 14\u201315 inches wide<\/strong>, meaning it could<\/strong> have fit inside such a freezer if shelving was removed<\/strong>.
Authorities have not stated that this freezer was used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A SECOND FREEZER APPEARS IN RESURFACED VIDEO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Another video from September 4, 2024<\/strong> \u2014 filmed in a different house \u2014 shows D4vd standing beside what appears to be a 7-cubic-foot chest freezer<\/strong>, according to TMZ.
The LAPD has not confirmed<\/strong> whether this appliance is connected to the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BODY FOUND PARTIALLY FROZEN<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As previously reported, Celeste\u2019s body was discovered partially frozen<\/strong>, even after being kept inside a car during hot Los Angeles weather<\/strong>. Police sources told TMZ they believe the remains had been frozen for \u201can extended period.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A TRIP TO SANTA BARBARA RAISED QUESTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Investigators say D4vd traveled to a remote area of Santa Barbara County<\/strong> in the middle of the night earlier this year and spent several hours there.
Authorities do not believe<\/strong> Celeste was buried there \u2014 but one theory under review is that the dismemberment occurred in that location<\/strong>, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investigators are still determining why Celeste\u2019s remains ended up in the vehicle.

D4vd was allegedly away on tour<\/strong>, and other individuals<\/strong> may have been staying at the home, raising the possibility that someone discovered the remains \u2014 prompting them to be transported.
