FANNIE MAE UNIT CONCLUDES ADAM SCHIFF COMMITTED MORTGAGE FRAUD, TRUMP CALLS FOR ACCOUNTABILITY

The Financial Crimes Division of Fannie Mae has reportedly concluded that Sen. Adam Schiff committed mortgage fraud involving a property in Maryland, according to statements released by former President Donald Trump. The allegations focus on a series of refinancing transactions between 2009 and 2020.

According to Trump, the fraud “began with the refinancing of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until it was finally designated a second home on October 13, 2020.” Schiff has not publicly responded to the accusations, and no criminal charges have been announced.

In a statement posted to Truth Social, Trump described the situation as “very serious” and called Schiff “dishonest,” urging that he be “brought to justice.” Schiff, a former House impeachment manager and now a U.S. Senator, has frequently clashed with Trump in past political battles.

Fannie Mae has not yet released an official statement confirming the internal findings. Legal experts note that any prosecution would require review by federal authorities beyond the housing agency’s internal review.
